Remuneration

Unless agreed to the contrary, all services provided by Hypo Advisors SA are free of charge for the user.

Hypo Advisors SA generates a large volume of business for its partners and relieves them of several costs (particularly acquisition and marketing costs).

Hypo Advisors SA is compensated for its work by its partners in the form of commissions.

The user expressly waives all claims to said commissions and recognises that they are rightfully due to Hypo Advisors SA.

Conclusion of business

The conclusion of any eventual business (mortgage credits, insurance contracts and others) is the sole responsibility of the user and the chosen credit provider.

Hypo Advisors SA has no responsibility for the content of the agreements made between the user and the credit provider; the rights and obligations between the contracting parties are the sole responsibility of the signatories (user and provider).

Hypo Advisors SA shall not be held responsible in case of any breach of contractual obligation by the user and provider.

Mortgage calculators/simulators

The use of our calculators/simulators is for informational purposes only and in no way constitutes an offer of financing. These do not take into account certain parameters specific to the different financial institutions, which can strongly influence whether or not mortgage financing is granted.

Insurance

In accordance with Article 43 of the Insurance Supervision Act (LSA), Hypo Advisors SA acts as a non-tied insurance intermediary and is therefore duly registered with FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority).

Deadlines

Hypo Advisors SA strives to always meet the agreed deadlines. However, it is subject to the deadlines communicated to it by the service providers and cannot be held responsible for their non-compliance.
